Shane and Katie were heading towards a THIRD date before Shane pulled this move. We learned that their first date was a night out just getting to know each other and seeing there was a spark. Things went pretty well because Katie excepted his invitation for another date at his house.
Without a doubt we were really confident in Shane’s plan going into his Second Date. Obviously inviting someone over to your place is a big step but Shane said he wanted to “turn on the charm.” Cooking being one of his passions he made a great Italian dinner that he said she loved. However the phone call that changed everything that night was what he failed to mention.
Understandably, Katie was very hesitant to come on with us especially after what she was about to tell us. First we told her everything we knew about the date from our conversation with Shane.
