Amazing Video: Crossing guard saves student. Unbelievable! Remember that time Wonder Woman came to work dressed as a crossing guard? It all happened on a rainy day in Cecil County, Maryland. The video will make your heart skip a beat.
Watch this black sedan come flying in to the frame without stopping at the cross walk. The video shows the guard in the walk had already signaled the vehicle to stop. Then the student begins to cross, and halfway through the car zips across the walkway.
Crossing guard Annette Goodyear quickly grabbed the kid by the shoulders and shoved the student out of the way, risking her own life. Annette was hit by the car in this shocking video. Thankfully, she was treated at the hospital and released. Worth noting Annette is also a police officer. So. She’s a full time hero.
