Lakeland Man Wins $1 Million From Scratch-Off Bought At Publix
Dean Mills of Lakeland won $1 million from a Florida Lottery Scratch-Off ticket that he bought at Publix. Dean played the GOLD RUSH LIMITED and took the lump-sum payment of $795,000.
Although he lives in Lakeland he bought the scratch-off ticket at a Publix in Mulberry and that store will receive at $2,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
