Huge changes ahead for Tampa Riverwalk. Tampa is Booming. Everywhere you go, cranes are building high-rises, streets are filled with traffic cones and workers are putting in lots of overtime. Neighborhoods are springing up in seemingly every empty field. Downtown Tampa has arguably seen the most impressive build-up of structures over the last two years. With the influx of new Florida residents, it’s not just showing off by erecting shiny new structures, it’s a necessity.
The Tampa Riverwalk was already very cool. You can do everything, from renting a small powerboat built for two to grabbing a bite and a drink at Jackson’s. You can also take the scenic stroll toward Armature Works, Ulele and several other eateries and bars. We’ve done many SUP race and charity events there too.
But now, big changes are coming to the hotspot. First, a new hotel is arriving soon. It’ll be a 5-star property, complete with 220 rooms, a rooftop pool, its own restaurant, bar and cafe. Perched above the hotel will be another 37 stories of condos, looking out across the beautiful Riverwalk area, guaranteeing spectacular views of future boat parades, fireworks displays and countless good times. The condos also feature 24-hour room service, floor-to-ceiling windows and private patios for each unit.
Save up! You’ll have to come up with $900,000 to buy one of the starter condos. So start checking the sofa cushions now and get ready to move in, because progress is being made and the condos are being sold quickly! The developer already has properties in Hollywood, San Diego, Chicago and Manhattan.
