South Tampa ay get new Amazon warehouse. A site near MacDill Air Force Base may become a new location for Amazon.

The South Tampa location, located on S. Dale Mabry, would be a “delivery station.” This is what Amazon calls the last stop products make before being delivered to the customer. According to Tampa Bay Business Journal, the property is nearly 125,000 square feet.

Amazon has been expanding quickly in Florida. The company is looking to hire 8,000 additional employees. That would include another 100 for the Tampa area.

Other Amazon “delivery stations” have been added around the Tampa Bay area to help service neighborhoods faster, including the more densely populated areas.

A number of Installment Payments Services exist, like QuadPay and AfterPay, that will split your purchase total into four equal payments usually scheduled about two weeks apart. Many major retailers - including Amazon, Target and Walmart - have partnered with these services. Think of it as "The New Layaway," but you get your items right now. Now, you will have to keep track of your installments, especially if you pay with a debit card, but there's no interest or fees with these services. Plus, they might buy you a little extra time to save up money, too.
