Bayshore Tampa condo sets record and sells for $7.2 Million. Well, I bet it has granite countertops and a new Washer and Dryer. Can you believe it? It’s the Penthouse in The Sanctuary at Alexandra Place. The tower boasts 15 single-floor units. Yep, each unit takes up the entire floor.
But, The Penthouse is actually the Top 2 Floors, and add in the Rooftop Private pool. Looks like it’s about 7,300 sq feet of new space. Listed at $5,200,000, it sold for $7,203,932. What a deal! Can you imagine 6 bedrooms and a view like that?
For you non Realtors, that commission is $216,117.96 minus the $300 realty fee of course. The buyer is some secret corporate entity. As a Realtor myself, I can tell you most agents complain about the $300 listing fee. But, I wouldn’t.
