Stamkos Sells Davis Islands home for how much?

They say it’s the 3rd highest price in Hillsborough County history. $16milion bucks. Wowza. And, you’ve heard about all the “cash deal” house transactions over the last 2 years, right? Well, no record of a mortgage here, so the buyer may have shelled out a pile of (OK lots of piles) money.

It’s a big 8,615 Sq Ft crib. If the math is right, it’s $1,858 per sq ft. Haaaa. That would make your 1,500 sq ft home worth about $2,787,000 bucks. I can list that for ya! LOL. If you want Davis Islands, SAVE UP! Derek Jeter’s sold for $22.5million. And the Bucs co-owner just paid $12million for her little dwelling.

Stamkos has a contract through 2024 and is said to be house shopping around Tampa. He can “steal” my house for…well, I’ll let him pick the price. GO BOLTS!
