Two Tampa Bay Residents Win $1 Million From Lotto Scratch-Off Tickets
A lot of Tampa Bay residents have been buying Florida Lottery scratch-off tickets recently and winning big. Add two more to the list as Kimberly Franklin from Lakeland and Gary Moore of Zephyrhills both won $1 million from a scratch-off ticket. Franklin played the $5 Gold Rush Supreme and the ticket was purchased at the Dad’s Supermarket Meatmarket LLC, located at 1510 Kathleen Road in Lakeland. Moore won The Fastest Road To $1,000,000 scratch-off game and he bought the ticket from B&N Market, 4700 28th Street North in St. Petersburg. Both places received $2,000 more selling the winning tickets.
They both chose to take the one-time, lump sum payment. Franklin received $880,000.00 and Moore took home $790,000.00.
