Are You The Annoying Co-Worker?
Most of us, 92% say we have “at least” one coworker we find annoying. Shocker! Only 1? Haaaa. I have a friend who is always putting her co-worker on speakerphone, just to let me hear her complain. I’ve never heard anything like this person. She complains without taking a breath about her co-workers, boss, and clients. WHY do you have that job? really! So annoying.
I can only imagine how miserable her co-workers are, with her!
Almost 60% of workers surveyed said they have considered quitting, leaving their job because of an annoying co-worker. But very few actually do. Here’s a list of the top annoying co-worker complaints.
1. They’re too loud. Over 85% said loud coworkers are annoying.
2. They gossip.
3. They’re lazy.
4. They’re bad at their job.
5. Bad personal hygiene.
6. They complain or whine too much.
7. They’re too pessimistic or have a bad attitude.
8. They’re a know-it-all.
9. They’re constantly late.
10. They take too many sick days.
A few more from the top 20. Being messy, being too distracting, sending unnecessary emails, eating smelly food, and over-sharing things about their personal life.
