Lots of people are missing out on their trips due to cruise ships closing down because of the Coronavirus…well, there is finally some light at the end of the tunnel.
American Queen Steamboat Company and Victory Cruise Lines are the first U.S. cruise lines to mandate a coronavirus vaccine for passengers and crew.
The new policy will take effect July 1. This is great news for the cruise ship industry!
The CEO of American Queen Steamboat Company said in a statement, “The health and safety of our guests, crew members and partners continues to remain our top priority. Vaccination requirement for both our guests and crew is the most prudent next step to ensure that we are providing the safest cruising experience possible.”
