Crazy? Let’s have another bowl of ice cream and think this over. I put Oreos cookies and peanut M&Ms in my ice cream. You should try it. So. Here’s the deal about looking older. The doctors found that when people lose fat in their face, it deflates their cheeks, makes their eyes look hollow and sunken, and makes their jowls sag and look heavy. And all of those things really age you.
In fact, the doctors are going as far as saying the, quote, “real culprit” behind aging is losing fat in your face. So if you do feel a need to slim down, do it gradually to give your face and skin a chance to catch up. So, don’t worry about quick weight loss. Experts say we should lose weight gradually. And, make sure you get plenty of Omega 3 fats, fruit and vegetables as well as key vitamins.
That. Or a face lift. That works too. Stay safe!
