Tampa Has A Self-Driving Shuttle

Downtown Tampa is home to a self-driving shuttle!

The HART SMART AV, which is totally free to use and you must wear a mask, has four stops between the TECO Line Streetcar and the Marion Transit Center.

Phase 1 hours are 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. every morning and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the afternoon.

This eco-friendly, 100% electric vehicle has no steering wheel but an autonomous specialist is always on board.
