Several super-sized yellow jacket nests, which can grow to the size of a Volkswagen Beetle, have been spotted in Alabama, and there’s likely more out there thanks to a crazy winter.
The scariest part of these yellow jackets? These nests last longer than the standard lifecycle of a normal-sized nest. According to NPR, these yellow jackets can survive all types of weather, so they can continue to build nests all year long.
