Jason Aldean Wants His Younger Kids To See What Dad Does
Jason Aldean has scaled back on the tour dates he plays each year because of his growing family and wanting to spend quality time with his two toddlers Memphis and Navy at home as well as his teenage daughters, but he plans to keep his career going for a long time.
Jason told us, “With the younger ones (kids), I want them to grow up and be able to see some of that stuff, you know, experience it a little bit. I don’t want them to see all that stuff just in pictures from the past or videos. I don’t see retiring. Maybe ever.”
He adds, “I have tried to back off a little bit. Just to be at home with them a little bit more than in the past. But we’re still making sure that we go out and still have a full tour every year. And when you pair that with TV things and just other things that pop up that you end up playing you’re still out there.”
