WOW! If you missed it on the QYK morning show a few minutes ago, we just broke some big Florida concert news! Kenny Chensey, Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett, QYK Guitar Pull headliners Dustin Lynch and Mitchell Tenpenny plus Guitar Pull alums Kane Brown and Chris Janson have just been announced to play Fort Lauderdale’s Tortuga Music Festival in 2019.
Passes go on sale October 26. If you’ve never been to Tortuga, it’s a huge party on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. They set up two big stages to keep the music going non-stop. Some years there’s been a smaller stage in between. You’ve got the waves crashing on the beach beside you and the sand in your toes. It’s a blast. Plus money is raised for marine conservation.
That ain’t even it! Also just added to the 3 day lineup: Maren Morris, Midland, Michael Ray, Maddie & Tae, David Lee Murphy, Cassadee Pope, Carly Pearce, and Cody Johnson! The wildcard acts are pretty awesome too… Sheryl Crow, Flo Rida, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts are all going to be there! The 2019 Tortuga Music Festival runs April 12, 13 and 14.
Just yesterday, I was jealous about California’s lineup they get for their Stagecoach Festival, but wow… not now! Florida is showing it can festival on their level! You can check out the the full lineup here.
