Update On The Polk County Woman Who Got A DUI On Her Horse
Remember the woman in November who rode her horse drunk near the highway?

She was arrested and her horse was taken away from her. Tonight there is an update on the case. A judge has granted her visitation rights. And if she completes alcohol treatment, she’ll be able to get the horse back.
