Popular Tampa Food Truck Is Finally Opening St. Pete Storefront
If you’ve been to any St. Pete or Tampa Bay area brewery recently then you’ve probably seen or smelled the deliciousness of Shiso Crispy food truck. After three years of building three different food trucks, Shiso Crispy is finally going to have a brick-and-mortar location. Owner Ronicca Whaley was super pumped to share the exciting news on her social media.
Shiso Crispy is known around the Tampa Bay area for its amazing signature Asian fusion creations. Some must-try menu items are the lobster rangoon or handmade gyoza. Not only has Ronicca been featured in the New York Times, but she was also a two-time contestant on Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games.
Where can you find Shiso Crispy?
Lookout for Shiso Crispy on 15th and Central by the new Green Bench Brewery project in the St. Pete Edge District. It is expected to open on Saturday, April 27. There will be a soft opening happening on Friday, April 26 from 5-8pm! This is going to be the perfect late-night spot for anyone bar-hopping downtown. This is exciting news for any foodie in the Tampa Bay area! There is supposed to be a second location in Tyrone Mall next to the Crunch Fitness, but we’ll have to wait a little longer for that location.
In the meantime, you can find Shiso Crispy at House of Beer in Dunedin (931 Huntley Ave, Dunedin). You can also find them at Unlimited Video Games Superstore and Arcade (6901 US Hwy 19 N, Pinellas Park ). AND now in Downtown Tampa at 796 N Tampa (Tampa and Cass St). What’s On The Menu At Shiso Crispy?
We hope they expand their already awesome menu for the St. Pete storefront. But be sure to try their Bao Buns, Bang Bang Chicken Dirty Rice, Gyoza, and Lobster Rangoon.
