Florida Teen Wins $1Million ‘A Year For Life’ Scratch-Off

You know we love a good Florida Lottery Story here in Tampa Bay. With new scratch-off games hitting the shelf this month and old games ending in August, there are plenty of prizes up for grabs. One Florida teen struck gold when he claimed his $1 million from ‘A Year For Life’ scratch-off earlier this week.

The 19-year-old Hyury Oliveira purchased his $50 ticket at the A & J Seabra Supermarket in Deerfield Beach. Oliveira chose to receive his winnings in a one-time lump sum payment of $640,000.

The supermarket that sold the winning scratch-off also receives $2,000 for selling the ticket. Oliveria won the ticket back in November 2023 but just came forward to claim his winnings this week on the A Year For Life Spectacular scratch-off game.

What Prizes Are Left On The $1 Million A Year For Life Spectacular Scratch-Off Game?

With over $1.6 Billion in prizes, this $50 A Year For Life Spectacular Scratch-Off ticket can really bring in the big bucks. The overall odds you win on this ticket are 1 in every 4.5 tickets offers one of the prizes.

The lowest prize you can win with the Year For Life Spectacular Scratch-off game is $100 and there are over 3.5 million $100 prizes left. Next up, you have the $500 prize with a 1 in 48 chance of winning and over 380k $500 prizes left.

Between the $1,000 and $20,000 range, there are over 20,000 prizes left to win. Now, let’s get into the bigguns. The 3rd biggest prize coming in at $50,000 has 150 of 360 prizes up for grabs.
