McDonald’s Is Pulling Their All-Day Breakfast Menu
Thanks, coronavirus! McDonald’s has just announced that they are temporarily pulling their beloved all-day breakfast menu to simplify their business during the coronavirus pandemic.
“We are working with our franchisees and local restaurants to focus on serving our most popular choices and will begin temporarily removing some items from the menu over the next few weeks,” Bill Garrett, the senior vice president of McDonald’s U.S. operations, said in a statement.
The company says they are doing this to “simplify operations in our kitchens and for our crew, and ensure the best possible experience for our customers.”
Thankfully for those who enjoy all-day breakfast, the change is only temporary, although they haven’t said when it will return.
Shortly after the announcement, McDonald’s U.S. President Joe Erlinger tweeted, “All day breakfast’s response to this news: ‘I’ll be back.'”
