St. Petersburg’s monthly block party First Friday that benefits the Optimist Club of St Petersburg has been called off for April.
The Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg with a half-million parishioners in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough and Citrus counties, have canceled masses.
The Rolling Stones have postponed their Ray Jay July 5 concert. In a tweet, the Stones said, "We are sorry to all the fans who were looking forward to it as much as we were, but the health and safety of everyone has to take priority. We will all tget through this together - and we'll see you very soon."
Zac Brown Band: Roar with the Lions Tour stop in Tampa Bay scheduled for September 18th, 2020 has been canceled.
Major League Baseball has suspended Spring Training and will delay the start of the regular season.
The NHL season is "paused" according to Commissioner Gary Bettman.
Kenny Chesney's Tampa show at Raymond James Stadium has been postponed. They do hope to reschedule.

Tampa Bay Airfest 2020 featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels has been canceled at MacDill Air Force Base.
Elton John's Tampa concert scheduled for May 26 will be moved to 2021.
Cher's Amalie Arena performance has been postponed.
Beaches are all closed in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee and Sarasota counties. Also Florida State Parks are now closed.
