Familiar Face at Rays Games Is Gone
No doubt if you’ve done the walk from a Rays game to Fergs, you heard the sound of Max Pierre’s saxophone playing “Take Me Out To The Ballgame.” He was part of the pre and post game experience. He also would often play for crowds heading to Lightning games and late night partiers in Ybor City. The Tampa Bay Times reports he died earlier this month following a brain aneurysm. He was 60.
