Dale Earnhardt Jr. Speaks Openly About His Relationship With His Father
Dale Earnhardt Jr. just gave a pretty intense interview. Even if you’re not a NASCAR fan, this one will hit you. A relationship between a father and his son can be tricky. I am not close with my father. On my podcast, I’ve talked about how my mother was a single mom who played both roles brilliantly. But there are certainly times I wonder what life would be like had he made different choices. But back to this interview, Dale says the only reason he raced was to try to get closer to his father. He says he disappointed his father.
