At Raleigh Durham International Airport back in 2017, security spotted a black 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun and 63 bullets.
The bag belonged to American Idol Scotty McCreery! Scotty told TMZ he just forgot they were in there. Unlike the rapper Plies in Tampa yesterday, Scotty actually did a have a concealed carry permit. Scotty says he’s carried ever since he was robbed back in 2014.
Scotty was released by security and allowed to take the next flight.
