Luke Combs’ 3 Jobs Before Becoming Famous
Didn’t realize Luke Combs and I had this in common. He and I were both not big country fans in high school. And the same guy got us into country. For Luke, it was listening to one particular QYK artist when he got to college: Eric Church.
On ABC’s “Nightline,” he said he figured if his fellow North Carolinan could make it big playing guitar, he should try it.
He says he had 3 jobs before making it big. He worked at a go-kart place, at a U-Haul store and at Home Depot.
Check out Luke’s cover of “Talladega” I found on YouTube. The sound quality’s not the best but it’s still pretty cool.
