Have one of those days at work where you just want to take a baseball bat to everything in your office?

Don't. You'll get fired.

Instead go to Lakeland or Tampa. There's now actually a business where their sole purpose is to give you a chance to smash stuff. TampaBay.com reports that "Smash Room" in Lakeland will have its official grand opening this weekend. Another location will soon open near USF.

A room costs $30 for 20 minutes. The owner say she's had people who want to smash a dishwasher or stove.

Apparently this idea isn't all that unique... lots of these seem to be popping up all over.

If you need to relieve some stress and this sounds like it's for you, visit smashroomoftampa.com. According to their web site, "You are too blessed to be stressed."
