Something To Try Next Time You’re at Chick-fil-A
Man the attention to detail with customer service by some companies boggles my mind. Grocery shopping here in Florida is such a nicer experience than anywhere I’ve ever lived. And the employees at Chick-fil-A seem to be especially attentive. They’re trained to say something that I’ve never noticed.
The next time you say “Thank you,” be sure to listen for how they reply. They don’t say “you’re welcome” or “no problem,” according to Delish.com. They’re trained to say “My pleasure” instead.
Now I’m gonna have to go order a chicken biscuit to test this out.
And here’s some more Chick-fil-A knowledge I was unaware of… there’s a secret menu? I’m all in on the root beer float.
