Its a great day in Tampa Bay when you combine PGA championship golf and live Country Music! Saturday March 19th is Valpsar LIVE at the Valspar Championship. So after the pros finish their round of golf, the live music fires up!

What’s great is that no special ticket is needed for the concert. It’s included in your Saturday tournament ticket. The announcements from QYK’s Keith Connors and Doug Bevis start at 6:30PM and the concert goes from 7:00PM to 8:30PM.

Here’s some info that will help you have a great time at Valspar Live:

• Where is the concert?

  Valspar LIVE takes place on the Osprey Driving Range which is adjacent to the 14th fairway. When the concert is over, there will be buses at the Osprey Range to take you to the tournament parking lots.

  And, yes, the concession stands will be open!

• What kind of seating is available?

  Valspar LIVE is lawn seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. Entrance to the concert area begins at 5PM.  You can bring your own PGA TOUR approved chair or a blanket and rental chairs are available. Check PGA Security Guidelines for approved items. 

  FYI: Event organizers of Valspar LIVE have full authority to limit the capacity to the lawn-seating area at the concert. Your ticket does not guarantee admittance to the concert if capacity is reached.

  So get their early!

• Where do I park?

  The Valspar Championship and Valspar LIVE draw big crowds so finding a place to park is key. Here are your choices:
  GREEN LOT (under the power lines at the corner of Belcher Rd. & Klosterman Rd.)
  – Saturday & Sunday – $20 per car per day and must be purchased in advance. (Payment cannot be made at entrance.)
  – This lot is adjacent to the golf course and shuttles are NOT provided.

  RED LOT (St. Petersburg College – Tarpon Springs Campus at corner of Belcher Rd. & Klosterman Rd.)
  – Saturday (SOLD OUT) & Sunday – $15 per car per day and must be purchased in advance. (Payment cannot be made at entrance.)
  – Shuttle buses to and from the Gate 12, Gate 14 and Gate 1 behind the 18th green will be provided.
  – It is also a short walk to the course from this Lot.

  SILVER LOT (Joseph L. Carwise Middle School – 3301 Bentley Dr., just off Alderman Rd in Palm Harbor.)
  – Saturday & Sunday – $10 per car per day and must be purchased in advance. (Payment cannot be made at entrance.)
  – Shuttle buses to and from the course will be provided.

  BRONZE LOT (Palm Harbor University High School- 1900 Omaha St., west of US 19/Alderman Rd in Palm Harbor.
  -Saturday & Sunday – $10 per car per day and must be purchased in advance. (Payment cannot be made at entrance.)
  -Shuttle buses to and from the course will be provided.

  HANDICAP PARKING (requires a state issued blue hang-tag)
  – Parking in Handicap Spaces requires a state issued blue hang-tag and is only available in the RED LOT.
  – The Red Lot is available Thursday – Sunday.
  – ADA accessible shuttles are available from Red Lot directly to the main clubhouse. Special viewing platforms for spectators in wheelchairs are located at the 18th green.

• What about Rideshare info?

  Why deal with parking lots when you can Uber or Lyft to Valspar LIVE? There is a dedicated zone for Rideshare pickups and dropoffs. This area is in the Green Lot and should make things pretty easy.

  Rideshare Drop off:

  Your driver will drop you off in Rideshare Zone which is located in the Green Lot. Just follow the signs to find it.

  Rideshare Pick Up:

  There are a few steps involved here. Go back to the Green Lot and the Rideshare Zone is near of Gate 4 to request your ride. Then follow these steps to request your ride

  • Choose car type and request
  • Contact driver to get your space #
  • Show your space # at the exit
