Every 4th of July competitors gather in Coney Island to see who can eat the most hot dogs in this annual event. Joey Chestnut has been winning for years and even asked his long-time girlfriend to marry him after winning in 2014.
In 2019 he scarfed down 71 hot dogs for the win and the female competitor Miki Sudo won by eating 31 hot dogs!
