Tampa Bay’s Hometown Morning Krewe

Tampa Bay’s Hometown Morning Krewe

Here are a couple of hidden gems in the Tampa Bay area to explore. We are so lucky to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world. A place where many people spend a lot of money to vacation and it’s all right in our backyard. There are the normal places to visit, like the malls, theme parks, and the well-known Clearwater beach, but J.R. and Launa each have a place to share with you that they like to go for some fun.

  • Carillon Parkway Area

Launa loves to take her dog for a walk to enjoy the cooler weather around the Carillon Parkway Area. There is a great walkway surrounded by tons of nature. A great place to just get away from the hustle and bustle of the day and clear your head.

  • Treasure Island

One of the best places in Tampa Bay is Treasure Island. Super walkable with shops and a really cool beach vibe. With all that walking you are gonna get hungry and some of J.R.’s favorite places to get some grub are Ricky T’s Bar & Grille, VIP, and Sloppy Joe’s on the Beach. Finish the day off with a walk on the beach!

It makes a great day trip to feel like you are on vacation and not super crowded with tourists.
