Why Andrei Vasilevskiy Was Trying Not To Laugh During His Post Game Interview
Andrei Vasilevskiy usually seems like a pretty serious guy. The insanely talented Lightning goaltender had an amazing night in the net Monday night at Amalie Arena. The Bolts had been struggling to get a win, but Vasy came up big, getting a shut out victory over the Dallas Stars, 4-0. This was just days after the Stars pummeled the Bolts in Texas 8-1. But that wasn’t why Vasy couldn’t stop smiling after the game.
During his postgame remarks to reporters, Andrei cracked a rare big smile. Why? Watch this video clip but be sure to have the audio on. You’ll figure it out.
Somebody let one rip during Vasilevskiy’s postgame interview 😂🤣

The Lightning will be back at home tonight. Hopefully by then the cleaning crew will have the locker room all aired out and smelling fantastic. This will be the last Lightning home game for a while. After tonight, the team heads to Nashville tomorrow night and then will fly west for games against Seattle, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary. They won’t be back at Amalie Arena until just before Christmas on December 19 and 21 for games against St. Louis and Las Vegas.
