Disney Springs Attraction is Permanently Closed

Disney Springs attraction is permanently closed.

The NBA and Walt Disney World have mutually agreed to not reopen the NBA Experience located at Disney Springs.

The NBA Experience at Disney Springs opened in August of 2019 and was shut down less than a year later due to the pandemic.

Disney has said they will release information on what they plan on doing with the now-vacated space at a later date.

This decision is said not to affect Disney’s and the league’s partnership. If you remember, the NBA elected to finish their 2019-2020 season at Walt Disney World playing at the Wide World of Sports and housing their players in a “bubble” at Walt Disney World properties.
