Miranda Lambert On Duetting With Fellow Texan Maren Morris
Miranda Lambert recently released a new collaboration with Maren Morris on her upcoming album Wild Card named “Way Too Pretty For Prison“ and she knew Maren would be the other voice on the song the minute she put pen to paper.
Miranda shares, “This new record has some many little details on it that become my favorites every time I listen, but one of those details is a fellow Texan and label mate, my friend, Maren Morris, sang on a song with me that I also wrote with the Love Junkies. I knew from the second we were writing it that I would love to have Maren on it. It popped in my head right away before the song was even done.”
Lambert co-wrote “My Only Child” from the upcoming album by the Highwomen, the supergroup that also features Morris.
