Snagged a twenty.

It’s always hard to make sure you’re ‘made the right pick’ when you’re trying to do something nice (not that every kind act doesn’t add up, but you want it to be special for someone, right?!?). I was at a Steve Moakler show in Orlando recently and left to get pizza. When I asked for directions from the security staff, they made a joke about bringing them some back.

At that moment, I remembered just how much tension and stress the men and women in these same positions had been in during the nearly two years since the Pulse Nightclub shooting.

So, showing up with a Gittos pizza was a small ‘thank you’ for keeping us as safe as possible while we take in the live music that moves our souls. The guys were elated and immediately shared with those around them – spreading that $20 a little further! ????
