Here are 8 Starbucks Secret Menu Items you need to try.

I will take a Starbucks any time of the day. I have my favorites, like a Nitro Cream Cold Brew or a Starbucks Refresher. Every once in a while it’s fun to try something new. There are hundreds of Secret Menu Items to try, but I have narrowed it down to my eight favorites.

Let’s be honest, all of the different combinations can make it difficult to decide. I can’t imagine being a barista at Starbucks with all of these Secret Menu Items. It’s gotta be maddening trying to get an order right when there are so many options. It’s hard enough to get the name right on the cup! If your barista is not familiar with the drink, we have the formulas listed as well. If you tell them that they will know exactly how to make your drink!

  • Pink Drink

    How to order:

    • Order a Strawberry Açai Refresher.
    • Mix in coconut milk.
    • Add fresh strawberries and blackberries.

  • Harry Potter–Inspired Butterbeer Frappuccino

    How to order:

    • Order a Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino (ideally made with whole milk for the best consistency).
    • Add 3 pumps each toffee-nut syrup and caramel syrup.
    • Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.

  • Ferrero Rocher Frappuccino

    How to order:

    • Order a Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino.
    • Add 2–3 pumps of mocha syrup and 1–2 pumps hazelnut syrup.
    • Top with hazelnut drizzle.

  • Caramel Snickerdoodle Macchiato

    How to order:

    • Order a Iced Soy Caramel Macchiato (upside down).
    • Add 1–2 pumps each vanilla syrup and cinnamon dolce syrup.

  • Cinderella Latte

    How to order:  

      • Order a Pumpkin Spice Latte as hot, iced, or a Frappuccino
      •  Substitute half of the pumpkin spice pumps with white mocha

    How to order:

    • Order a Mocha Frappuccino made with half regular mocha sauce and half white mocha sauce
    • Add cinnamon dolce syrup (1 pump for each size you go up to)
    • Add raspberry syrup (1 pump for each size you go up to)

  • Honey Nut Macchiato

    How to order:

    • Order a Caramel Macchiato.
    • Add chestnut praline syrup.
    • Top with a packet or two of honey.

  • Nutella Drink

    How to order:

    • Order a Caffe Misto.
    • Add 1 pump each chocolate syrup and hazelnut syrup.
    • Top with a caramel drizzle.
