Where does Florida rank in comparison to how much used cars are being sold for?  We are paying more and more for pretty much every thing these days, and used cars is no exception.  A list has been published on just how much we are spending on used cars in 2022.

We were pretty shocked to see how much cars were selling for?  The average prices are way up, so if you're in the market to sell your used car, the time is now!

The average 1-5-old car cost an average of $34,291 in July.  This according to iSeeCars.com’s latest analysis of over 1.8 million used car sales.  Some states are actually paying more for used cars, like Alaska, the state where they are paying the most for a used car.

Alaska

The average used car sells for $42,617. Wow - the reason? It's so hard to get cars to Alaska.

Wyoming

The average used car sells for $41,629

Montana

The average used car sells for $38,205

South Dakota

The average used car sells for $37,396

North Dakota

The average used car sells for $37,279

Where does Florida Rank? #15

Florida comes in at 15 on the list - the average used car sells for $33,229

Who has the lowest used car price? Rhode Island

Rhode Island is the state with the lowest average used car price of $31,294
