Anyone who had a Facebook account between May 24, 2007 and December 22, 2022 in the U.S. is included in the settlement class. You can do this online or by mailing a printed form to the Settlement Administrator in Philadelphia. The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for Sept. 7, and claims won’t be paid out until after the court grants its final approval and any appeals are resolved. So, be patient and wait for your Facebook settlement check to arrive.
