• Do I Need To Have A Negative Test Or Proof Of Vaccine?

  At this time, this event does not require a negative COVID test (or proof of full vaccination) for entry. Subject to change.

  Tickets for games, concerts and most events can be purchased at the ReliaQuest Ticket Office or Ticketmaster.com. All tickets will be mobile only.

  According to AMALIE Arena, here’s what’s allowed:

  –For concerts and other events, small “point and click” cameras are permitted, and all other cameras are prohibited.

  –Umbrellas are permitted in AMALIE Arena. They need to be closed and placed under your seat.

  –Bags smaller than 12x12x12″ are allowed at AMALIE Arena. Medical and parenting bags exceeding these sizes are permitted but are subject to additional search procedures.

  –All service animals are permitted in AMALIE Arena.

    • Sharp objects, sticks or poles of any kind
    • Fireworks
    • Pepper spray or mace
    • Food or beverage items
    • Drugs or controlled substances
    • Chairs, folding chairs or any other type of individual chair for use
    • Wrapped gifts
    • Large banners or signs, banners or signs with objectionable language banners or signs on a pole of any kind
    • Noisemakers and horns

• Bag Policy

  Bags larger than 12x12x12″ are prohibited at AMALIE Arena. Large bags (not including small clutches) are required to go through an x-ray scanner prior to entry. Medical and parenting bags exceeding these sizes are permitted but are subject to additional search procedures.

• Mask Policy

  Unless otherwise specified for a specific show or event, face coverings are no longer required to be worn at AMALIE Arena. However, guests are encouraged to continue to wear a face covering while attending any event at AMALIE Arena.

• Parking

  You can pay to park as you arrive at most lots. Parking at AMALIE Arena is “first come, first served.” All lots accept card payments only. We recommend purchasing parking ahead of your event.

  Pre-purchased parking passes for AMALIE Arena events will be handled by their preferred parking vendor, ParkWhiz.

  FREE bicycle parking is available adjacent to the Pam Iorio Parking Garage on the Ford Thunder Alley.

• Drop Offs

  There is an accessible drop off area located off Channelside Drive in the drop-off circle and is adjacent to the Accessible Entrance. In the event that you choose to be dropped off and need assistance entering the building, there is free wheelchair service manned by the staff. Just ask anyone with an AMALIE Arena name tag or any Tampa Police Officer to request the wheelchair for you. It will be brought to you and you will be escorted to your seats at no charge.

• Concessions & Purchases

  AMALIE Arena offers a variety of food and beverage options. They have implemented cashless payment at all arena-managed retail and concession locations, mobile ordering for select concessions, and express food and beverage pickup. Please note, concert merchandise sales may not be cashless.

• Banners and Signs

  Regular poster size signs or smaller are permitted in AMALIE Arena. Large banners, signs on poles or sticks of any kind or signs with inappropriate language will not be permitted. Signs may not be hung or posted anywhere inside the venue. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not block the view of any guests. This policy may vary for all events.
