Kane Brown’s Wife Reveals Why Second Pregnancy Was Secret
Kane Brown’s wife and duet partner, Katelyn, likes to take questions from fans on her Insta Stories occasionally, and while her husband was on the road recently, she fielded some fan questions. One fan asked why the couple revealed her third pregnancy after they hid their second, revealing their daughter Kodi just days after she was born.
Craving Some Privacy
Katelyn replied, “Because, at that season of my life, I just was craving some privacy and needed that space from the world. And this time, I feel content and don’t care as much what people think or say.”
The couple revealed their third pregnancy on Christmas Day with a family photo, and the girls were holding a baby sonogram. They captioned the photo at the time, “Last Christmas of 4. Merry Christmas, everyone!!”
Plans To Homeschool
In the same fan Q&A, Kathleen also shared that she hopes to homeschool her kids. She wrote, “I hope our kids find something that they truly love and are passionate about, and I don’t care what that is!”
She added, “They can be/do whatever they want as long as it makes them happy.”

Brown recently talked to a British newspaper (The Standard) about how his show, his kids, and having a son on the way.
He said, “I’m excited. I thought I was going to be a girl dad, and I was happy for it, but knowing I’ve got my little boy was like it was God’s plan because we weren’t trying, but he was like, ‘Nah, you needed a son.'”
His Daughters’s Reaction To Baby
Brown also shared his daughter’s reaction to getting a little brother. He noted that he doesn’t think “they know what it means to have a brother yet.” Kane revealed that the girls know that there’s a baby in there, and his oldest, Kingsley, “gives hugs,” then she kisses Kate’s stomach and says, “Bye baby, I love you.”
