Florida Has The Most Locations Of The Best Chain Restaurant For Dip
The right kind of dip makes any meal more memorable. Eat This, Not That recently highlighted the chain restaurants that serve the best dip, and the top-rated establishment has its biggest presence in Florida.
Let’s set the table. A dip can be synonymous with a gathering of sorts. This poor sharable also had to endure the pandemic. The food that everyone was going to pass around and stick their spoons into, was not always welcome to the post-2020 party. Still, dip persevered and still stands as a beloved accompaniment.
Eat This, Not That recognized this, and their number one ranked chain restaurant for great dip is Ruby Tuesday’s. In fact, they suggest making sure you save some of your dip in order to dunk the rest of your food in.
“If you’ve ever loved a dip so much that you wish you could dunk everything in it, try the Ruby’s Signature Sampler, which comes with boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, and the spin dip—because sometimes tortilla chips just aren’t enough,” they said.
Ruby Tuesday Has 32 Florida Locations
The great news for those who live in Florida or are visiting is that the Sunshine State has the most Ruby Tuesday locations in the country. Here is what you need to dip into. The spinach and artichoke dip is the most well-known. It is filled with artichoke hearts, green spinach, and baked perfectly with white cheddar. Then, there’s the cheddar cheese and queso skillet. This is topped with a salsa garnish and served with unlimited fresh tortilla chips. The fun doesn’t end there. Ruby Tuesday must have recognized its dipping skills because they just introduced a new menu item. Also served with unlimited chips, the crab dip appetizer, is filled with chunks of crab meat, melted cheeses, and red peppers. It is baked and topped with crunchy breadcrumbs.
If you are now in desperate need to try one of the best dip chain restaurants, you can find the nearest Florida location here. There are restaurants in the Tampa, Bradenton, and Fort Myers area.
Two Florida Restaurants Named Among The Best For French Fries
Do you want fries with that? Tasting Table recently published a list of restaurants with the best French Fries in the country and two New Florida establishments were named.
“From high-end steakhouses and neighborhood brasseries’ to fast food restaurants and even grocery store freezer aisles, fried spuds can be found in just about every type of restaurant or shop across the country,” Tasting Table explains. Their feature is specific to non-fast food restaurants.
French Fries are always a fan-favorite whether a side dish, an appetizer, or just a snack. They come in all shapes and sizes. Shoe strings crispy versions, thick-cut steak fries, seasoned curly fries, waffle fries, and even tater tots (are those considered fries, though?).
French Fry Fun Facts
In a 2019 story published by the Daily Meal, they discussed unique facts on French Fries in America. Two of the most fascinating have to do with McDonald’s. “Approximately 7 percent of the potatoes grown in the U.S. meet the same fate: they become McDonald’s french fries,” they said. They later stated that this fast food chain sells one-third of the French Fries consumed in the United States.
French Fries are like music. They are a common bond, and they are subjective. What one person prefers may be completely different from another. Better yet, both choices are correct.
For example, Best Things Florida released their list of best French Fries in the Sunshine State. It is completely different from Tasting Table’s. However, Tasting Table went and explored all corners of the country to crown their French Fry kings.
The two restaurants in Florida that were recognized for having some of the best French Fries in the country serve two very different styles. One of them is part of a restaurant that has expanded to other markets. The other is served in a restaurant where fries compliment BBQ.
