Sam Hunt’s New Song Celebrates The Women In His Life
Sam Hunt has released a new song called “Women In My Life.” Written by Hunt with Zach Crowell, Ashley Gorley, and Josh Osborne, the heartfelt track pays homage to the important women in his life who have helped shape him into the person he is today.
Hunt told us, “So much of the peace and joy I carry around as an adult comes from the women who raised me and poured love into my life throughout it. There’s no telling who or what I would be without them. God bless them all. I’m forever grateful.”
The first verse of the new song includes the lyrics,”I wouldn’t know a house from a loving home / 10:30 sharp from the crack of dawn / Where the forks go, how find the book of Psalms / Good cobbler peaches.”
The chorus’s lyrics include, “I can drive a stick, I can drive a nail / Hold down a job, fend for myself / Yeah, I’d be alive but not much more / If it wasn’t for if it wasn’t for / All of the women in my life.”

We recently reported that Hunt and his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, are expecting their second child. Per Entertainment Tonight, Hunt, 38, announced the news on stage last night (April 21).
During Hunt’s Las Vegas concert, the singer told the crowd that he and Hannah are expanding their family by one. The couple, who have been married since 2017, already share a 10-month-old daughter, Lucy Louise. Hunt’s family has been joining him in Vegas for his concerts for the weekend.
The baby announcement comes just a week after Hunt and his wife celebrated their sixth anniversary earlier this week. The couple was on and off for several years during and after attending college. Hannah has been the inspiration behind his debut album, Montevallo.
