Dover’s Kenzie Wheeler Wows on ‘The Voice’
Dover’s own Kenzie Wheeler wowed everyone during a live episode of ‘The Voice’ last night. He did it with a classic country cover!
He sang Brooks & Dunn’s “Red Dirt Road” as one of the Top 17 contestants.
Kenzie Wheeler received high praise from his coach Kelly Clarkson, including that she is excited to explore songriting with her team member. She even mentioned that using her block on Blake Shelton during the blind auditions was the best the best block she ever used on the show.
Tonight they will go from 17 artists to 9. Fingers crossed for our Tampa Bay area boy! Good luck Kenzie – and the mullet is looking good!
UPDATE: Kenzie made it to the Top 9!
