Impossible Burger Finally Deemed ‘Safe To Eat’
The FDA has finally given its full stamp of approval to the ‘Impossible Burger.’
Despite the burger being sold across the country, the FDA was concerned that the key ingredient which gives it its meaty taste and blood-like color, soy leghemoglobin, had never been consumed by humans.
After careful review, the FDA announced on Monday that the ingredient was deemed safe.
