According to reports on TMZ, Samantha and her boyfriend were forced to veer off the roadway and hit a concrete barrier after a run in with the paparazzi.
At the time of the ordeal, Samantha’s boyfriend told the publication Samantha suffered a broken ankle and other injuries as a result of the crash.
After investigating, police in Florida have said they cannot find any evidence that a crash occurred.
According to the Daily Mail, to make matters worse, her boyfriend could be charged with a hit-and-run for failure to report the incident to police.
It does seem a bit odd that Samantha and her boyfriend went straight to TMZ with the story rather than calling the police after the accident.
