Florida’s stunning coastline is home to six of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the US, with five of them claiming a spot in the top five.  All my favorites are in Pinellas County. Love St Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, and My personal Fave, Indian Rocks Beach. While the report’s methodology might have some loopholes, we Floridians are still celebrating and enjoying our beaches’ dominance on the list. But whether you prefer the word ‘beautiful’ or ‘picturesque,’ there’s no denying that Florida’s coastline has some of the most breathtaking beaches in the US. According to The Family Vacation Guide, which analyzed social media posts, these are the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the US:

  Panama City Beach in Florida takes the crown for the most beautiful beach in the US with 46.85% of its 3,045 reviews mentioning the word ‘beautiful.’ It also earned an impressive 915,000 hashtags on Instagram.

• 2. Pensacola Beach, Florida

  Pensacola Beach, Florida
  Coming in at a close second is Pensacola Beach, also in Florida, with 44.69% of its reviews calling it beautiful and 641,000 hashtags on Instagram.

• 3. Clearwater Beach, Florida

  Clearwater Beach, Florida
  Third on the list is Clearwater Beach, which boasts a whopping 1.2 million hashtags on Instagram, but only 36.07% of its reviews included the magic word ‘beautiful.’

  St. Pete Beach, Florida
  With 542,000 hashtags and 37.8% of qualifying reviews, St. Pete Beach takes the fourth spot on the list.

  Rounding up the top five is Navarre Beach, also in Florida, with 192,000 tags and 49.63% ‘beautiful’ reviews.

  Georgia makes it onto the list with Driftwood Beach, which earned 71,500 hashtags and 39.4% of reviews calling it beautiful.
