Cheers to Dierks Bentley and his Tampa concert. He brought Ashley McBryde & Travis Denning with him on his “Beers On Me 2022 Tour” to the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre.
This is the first time we have seen Bentley since the world shut everything down in March of 2020. During the pandemic, he moved his family to Colorado and focused on life with his family and getting back to nature.
Now that everyone is back on the road, earlier in the week (8/17) Dierks tweeted his excitement for the upcoming weekend of shows, ” Florida! Can’t wait to hang out with y’all this weekend…”

He has also made a habit of taking a dunk in an ice bath while on the road. On the road that means a giant trash can filled with ice. To start the tour he filmed an episode of what he likes to call “Cold Water Confessions” with opener Travis Denning. That was back in November when the tour started. Travis didn’t seem too comfortable in a tub of ice in the fall. However, we think people will be fighting over these ice tubs backstage while in the heat and humidity of Tampa in August.
It’s been a long three years since we got to party with Dierks and he did not disappoint on Saturday night (8/20).
The show was the perfect mix of good ole’ country music and party anthems that had everyone singing. From “What Was I Thinking” to his new single “Gold” Bentley had the house rockin’.
