Tim McGraw posted a video clip to Instagram and shared his favorite lines in his new "Standing Room Only" single. Tim said in the clip, "I love every line in the song; there's not a wasted syllable in that song. I love 'now and then on nights like this I catch a thunderbolt' cause it reminds me of playing live. Those nights when everything's perfect, and the crowd's into [it], and the sound sounds great, and the band is playing great. You're singing great and everything just sort of comes alive."

He adds, "Those are the nights that keep you going for the next night. You can do two or three nights where it doesn't feel that way. And then you live for that one night where the stars all align, and that's what that line means to me."

McGraw continues, "The other line that I like is 'Mama's front porch when I'm lost and lonely.' That's something that everyone can relate to, and that's something that brings you back around to who you are."

The first verse of "Standing Room Only" includes the lyrics, "I get so mad at things that don't matter way too much / I let the way back when's and my old friends scatter like they were dust / I get to chasin' that rainbow pot of gold right into the pourin' rain / With nothin' to show for it, standin' there soakin' wet / Lookin' up shakin' my fist as the thunder rolls / Now and then on nights like this I catch a thunderbolt."

The chorus includes the lyrics, "I wanna live a life, live a life / Like a dollar and the clock on the wall don't own me / Shine a light, shine a light / Like mama's front porch when I'm lost and lonely / Start forgivin' and start forgettin' / Be somebody that's worth rememberin' / Live a life so when I die / There's standing room only, standing room only / Standing room only, standing room only."

The new song is the title track from McGraw's forthcoming 17th studio album, due later this year on Big Machine Records.

As we get into the new year, people are starting to work on their New Year's resolutions. For many, those resolutions involve getting in shape. Here, we take a look at the country music stars today who work on their health full-time, making sure they look and feel as good as possible.

A bunch of country stars work on their health, but we found the top five and ranked them to number one. Here's who we believe are the fittest stars in country music today.

5 - Dierks Bentley and Carly Pearce tie

This one was too close to call, so we are listing two country stars at number five. Dierks Bentley constantly rides his mountain bike, does many bike marathons, and sits in a barrel of ice as an annual ritual. He is a fit guy who loves playing outside and having fun whenever possible. Carly Pearce is reasonably fit and eats right 90 percent of the time, and does a daily run to stay on top of her game physically.

Many country stars who tour with him in the summer end up starting a workout program like him. Carrie loves to eat right (she is a vegan), exercises every day, and has the best legs in country music to prove it. She even has her own line of workout clothes (Calia) and works out with a fitness app called Fit52 alongside her husband, Mike Fisher.

Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of. In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think. She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s. Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
