George Strait is at Raymond James Stadium this Saturday, August 5th. We here in Tampa have been waiting almost 10 months for this show. October of last year is when George announced his stadium tour dates. Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town will be performing before King George hits the stage Saturday night. George has 60 #1 songs, so he has more than enough songs to choose from for his show in Tampa.

George played two shows this past weekend in Nashville. The second show was cut short due to weather, so the songs listed below were performed at the Friday show. George kicked off his show with a song that everyone knows, "Write This Down". Even though George has 60 #1 songs he still plays covers during his concert. He plays a Waylon Jennings cover called "Waymore's Blues". George also plays two Merle Haggard songs called "Misery And Gin" and "The Fightin' Side Of Me".

Chris Stapleton comes out about halfway through the show to join George for three songs in a row. They perform "Pancho and Lefty", "You Don’t Know What You’re Missing" and "Love's Gonna Make It Alright". George has an encore of five songs including "All My Ex's Live In Texas" before closing with "The Cowboy Rides Away". That song is perfect to end the show with.

Check out some more of the songs that George Strait will perform at Raymond James Stadium on Saturday night.

Write This Down

He kicked off his concert in Nashville with this song. He has also started with "Stars on the Water" and "Deep in the Heart of Texas" on other shows.

The Fireman

"They call me the Fireman...that's my name". Can't wait for King George to play this one.

Check Yes Or No

One of his most popular songs. The song was released in 1995 and is one of his 60 #1's

I Can Still Make Cheyenne

The life of a rodeo cowboy is what George sings about in this song. The song was released in 1996.

Blue Clear Sky

From the album of the same name that came out in 1996. The album also had "Carried Away", "I Can Still Make Cheyenne" and "King of the Mountain" on it.

Ocean Front Property

"I've got some ocean front property in Arizona." It's so good. From the 1986 album of the same name.

Amarillo By Morning

The sixth single released by George in his singing career. It came out in 1983 and is one of the 60 #1 songs.

All My Ex's Live In Texas

The song was released in 1987 and is a song that you know and love. It's hard to choose the best George Strait song, but this one is up there.

Unwound

The song that started it all for King George. The very first single for George that was released in 1981.
