99.5 QYK Guitar Pull

Brian Kelley at Guitar Pull 2023.

The 2023 99.5 QYK Guitar Pull is just a few days away and better than ever. If you’ve wanted to see Brian Kelley at Guitar Pull, this is your chance! 99.5 QYK’s Guitar Pull will be back at the Mahaffey Theater located in St. Petersburg this weekend.

The 99.5 QYK Guitar Pull is not your traditional solo artist performance. This show will feature all of the artists on the same stage, at the same time swapping their stories and songs with nothing but their acoustic guitars. With this event,  fans will be on the edge of their seat. There is no setlist and fans get to watch all the artists interact in real time. This is a fan favorite event in Tampa Bay for the best show of the year.

Brian Kelley and his Success in Country Music

Fresh off the release of his newest radio single, “See You Next Summer,” Brian Kelley, Ormond Beach native, enters the next chapter in his already record-breaking career. Kelley is currently working on his new full-length album with Big Machine Records following his first solo project “Sunshine State of Mind” in 2021 that American Songwriter called “some of the best modern country put to tape”.

Kelley, the “Florida” half of GRAMMY nominated duo, Florida Georgia Line, has racked up 19 No.1s and was the only act to achieve two RIAA DIAMOND singles in country music history with “Cruise” and “Meant to Be” with Bebe Rexha. Having sold more than 40 million tracks, 4.8 million albums, 17 billion global streams, and playing for more than 40 million fans with FGL, there’s no doubt that Kelley will continue to break records on his solo run.

While traveling the country for his sold-out shows, Kelley finds time to continue building his enterprise through fan favorite clothing brand, Tribe Kelley, with his wife Brittney, and his partnership with Oyster City Brewing Company.

Will you be seeing Brian Kelley at Guitar Pull this weekend? Let’s get into some of the songs we expect Kelley to play this weekend.

  • See You Next Summer

“See You Next Summer” takes us back to the days of summer love in a beach town.

  • Dirt Cheap

“Dirt Cheap” hints at the slow-down lifestyle you can only find out in the country.

  • Florida Strong

“Florida Strong” was Kelley’s ode to Floridians after Hurricane Ian devastated the state. The proceeds to the song went to help those impacted by the storm.

  • Beach Cowboy

“Beach Cowboy” was Kelley’s first solo release and set the tone for the carefree, beach infused lifestyle on his album Sunshine State of Mind.

  • Island

We’re not sure if Kelley plans to play any of his hits from the FGL days, but “Island” was one of the FGL songs Kelley took the lead on. It takes listeners into an intimate setting to set the tone for the night.

  • Sunday Service in the Sand

“Sunday Service in the Sand” shows us to slow things down and appreciate all the things we’re given in this life.
