The list of the best airlines in the United States has come out. The Points Guy is out with their sixth annual Best Airlines Report.

They’ve rated airlines in the United States based on several criteria, including reliability, experience, costs and reach, and loyalty. They are also looking at things like customer satisfaction, cabin comfort, on-time records, lost luggage data, lounge quality and more.

For a fourth year in a row Delta Airlines tops the list. They got high marks for the fewest involuntary bumps, plus their lounges and customer satisfaction. The only area they scored low was for affordability.

#1 - Delta Air Lines

#1 for the fourth year in a row. They scored highest for involuntary bumps, lounges, customer satisfaction. Scored lowest on Affordability.

#2 - Southwest Airlines

Scored highest on Bag/change fees, award availability, customer satisfaction, but lowest on Timeliness and cancellations.

#3 - United Airlines

Scored highest in Route network, frequent flyer program. Lowest is Affordability, cancellations

#4 - American Airlines

Scored highest in Family, route network. Lowest in Baggage, affordability.

#5 - Alaska Airlines

Scored highest in Involuntary bumps, customer satisfaction. Lowest in Baggage.

#6 - Hawaiian Airlines

Scored highest in Timeliness, cancellations, involuntary bumps. Lowest in Route network, frequent flyer program.

#7 - JetBlue Airways

Scored highest in Cabin features, award availability. Lowest in Timeliness, baggage, wheelchairs/scooters, customer satisfaction.

#8 - Frontier Airlines

Scored highest in Affordability. Lowest in Involuntary bumps, bag/change fees, award availability.

#9 - Allegiant Air

Scored highest in Involuntary bumps, baggage, wheelchairs/scooters. Lowest in Timeliness, cancellations, cabin features, family, frequent flyer program

#10 - Spirit Airlines

Scored highest in Affordability. Lowest in Cancellations, wheelchairs/scooters, customer satisfaction
