• Tailgating fun!

  Get to the Yuengling Center early so you can come tailgate with the 99.5 QYK staff will be hanging out at our tailgate and they can’t wait to meet you! Plus, you will have a chance to win some QYK prizes and pose in our Cody Johnson concert-themed photo booth.

• Do I Need To Have A Negative Test Or Proof Of Vaccine?

  At this time, this event does not require a negative COVID test (or proof of full vaccination) for entry. Subject to change.

• *This Is A Mobile Ticket Entry Concert*

  All tickets for the Yuengling Center will be Mobile Entry only. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).

• Items ALLOWED to be brought in to venue: *subject to change per event, check the event page

  According to the Yuengling Center, here’s what’s allowed:

  • • Personal bags that are smaller than 12x12x12″ will be permitted inside Yuengling Center, while large bags, backpacks, wrapped packages, etc. will not be permitted inside the venue and should be taken back to the guest’s vehicle. Parenting and Medical Bags will be permitted.
    • Small, non-professional cameras are allowed in the building for most events. Professional cameras can be classified as any camera with a detachable lens.
    • Guests may not bring food and/or beverages into Yuengling Center. Guests may dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entering the facility.
    • Guests are not permitted to bring outside bottles or containers inside Yuengling Center.
    • Signs are permitted, but are limited to standard poster board size. Signs cannot be mounted on any poles or sticks of any kind.
    • Service animals are permitted within the facility.

  According to the Yuengling Center, here’s what’s not allowed:

  • Cameras meeting designated event standards will be permitted
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Pepper Spray or Mace
  • Wallet chains
  • Cans, Bottles and Glass
  • Long Chains/Sharp Spikes
  • Large Bags
  • Laser Pointers
  • Food, Drinks & Alcohol
  • Air Horns/Noise Makers
  • Offensive Banners/Posters
  • Sticks or Poles of any kind
  • Controlled Substances
  • Chairs, folding chairs or any other type of individual chair for use
  • Coolers
  • Wrapped gifts
  • Skateboards
  • Balloons

• Bag Policy

  Personal bags must be smaller that 12x12x12″. These are subject to search upon entry. Backpacks are not permitted (parenting/diaper bags and medical bags are permissible). 

• Mask Policy

  An individual show may require that face coverings be worn during the show. Please visit the event page of the show you are attending to find out if a face covering will be required to be worn during the show.

• Parking

  Yuengling Center is located on the Tampa campus of the University of South Florida. All parking is first come, first served. Parking prices vary at each Yuengling Center event. American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted at most lots. Oversized vehicles will be charged per space for parking. Disabled accessibility, limousine, and bus parking are available. For high volume events, like concerts and USF basketball games, please plan your arrival early to help ease traffic congestion.

  Pre-purchased parking passes for Yuengling Center events will be handled by their preferred parking vendor, ParkWhiz. The Yuengling Center has partnered with ParkWhiz in order to provide guests with a higher level of service and accessibility when it comes to parking.

• Drop Offs

  The pickup and drop-off for rideshare services is located at Gate B.

• Concessions & Purchases

  The Yuengling Center offers a variety of food and beverage options.

• Banners and Signs

  Signs are permitted, but are limited to standard poster board size. Signs cannot be mounted on any poles or sticks of any kind. Offensive signs/posters are not allowed. The Yuengling Center asks all patrons to be courteous to others and not to obstruct the view of another guest with signs. This policy is subject to change pending tour request.
